Analyze ledger usage patterns to right-size QLDB resources such as journal number, storage size etc. QLDB charges based on usage of these features.
Use Reserved Capacity
Use QLDB reserved capacity for predictable workloads to gain discounts compared to on-demand pricing. It offers low per-usage rates but requires a 1 or 3 year commitment.
Integrate with S3
For temporary journal storage needs, integrate services like S3. This optimizes QLDB resource allocation, helping to minimize costs over time.
