Amazon Neptune cost saving tips
Optimize your Amazon Neptune costs with these tips
Analyze DB Usage
Analyze Neptune's database usage patterns and adjust instance type, storage size and IOPS accordingly. Use smaller instance types during non-peak periods to reduce costs.
Use Reserved Capacity
Leverage Neptune's reserved capacity for predictable workloads to get discounts compared to on-demand pricing. However, it requires a 1 or 3 year term commitment.
Integrate Other Services
Integrate services like Amazon DynamoDB or S3 for temporary or archival data storage. This helps right-size your Neptune storage capacity resulting in minimizing costs.
