- Amazon Elastic Transcoder pricing
-
Amazon Elastic Transcoder uses a pay-per-use pricing model, with rates based on content duration and resolution. No minimum fee is levied, and partial minutes are rounded up. High definition (HD) output costs double the rate of standard definition (SD) output, while audio-only content costs less than a third of the SD rate. Amazon S3 storage and transfer charges are separate. A monthly free usage tier includes 20 minutes of audio-only, SD, and 10 minutes of HD output. Extra usage incurs charges.
