On all our services offers and software the NLDigital terms are applicable. From 15 December 2025 the NLDigital 2025 terms are applicable to all our products and services. You can download these terms here.

Privacy notice
1. Data Processing Transparency
We process personal data solely to fulfill our AWS consulting and ES Portal obligations.
- Infrastructure Access: We only access client PII if required for emergency support; otherwise, our access is limited to infrastructure metadata.
- Retention: Financial records are kept for 7 years; IT logs for 12 months.
2. Vendor Verification
We only use vendors who are ISO 27001, SOC2, or ISAE3402 certified. Non-certified vendors (e.g., ad-hoc accountants) require extra monitoring and limited access scopes.
