Challenge
Since the start as an internal tool, Snitcher followed an organic growth path. After reaching a team of 16 and a growing base of loyal customers across the globe, Snitcher wanted to take things to another level with an ISO 27001 certification – and a mature digital infrastructure to match it.
Snitcher has a lean team, no internal DevOps and no appetite to build that capability in-house. When we came in, we immediately saw that the product was way more mature than the infrastructure. Yes, the company was on AWS, but the setup wasn't actively managed or documented. Scaling was handled manually. And the CPU crashed out during peak moments, roughly twice a week.
